Chaux Physical Therapy is moving and expanding to better serve our patients.
We are excited to announce that we will be moving to a new location.
Our new location will be located at:
275 East Hillcrest Drive, Suite 213
Thousand Oaks, CA 91360.
Right across the parking lot from our current building. Only 50 yards away with parking right by the main entrance and it is wheelchair accessible.
Our new office has a calm and serene environment with natural lighting, light wood flooring, neutral colors, overlooking beautiful trees where patients will receive utmost care.
The New office will open on November 1st, 2021.
