Inflammation Phase

Therapeutic exercises will help to control inflammation, reduce pain, and help to minimize fibrosis.

Recommended Exercises
Gentle pain-free exercises to improve range of motion. If pain is reproduced in this phase, damage and delay of healing is produced.
