Inflammation Phase

Recommended Exercises
Gentle pain-free exercises to improve range of motion. If pain is reproduced in this phase, damage and delay of healing is produced.
Proliferative Phase
Isometric exercises are recommended in this stage to improve stability.

Progress to low intensity and short duration exercise to improve strength, coordination, function, and prevent the risk of injury.
